THE EXECUTIVE BOARD OF THE CONVENTION

The Executive Board is the executive organ of the Convention. It shall be answerable to the General Session, the supreme organ of the Convention.

This board shall have the following members

Convention Chairperson Vice Convention Chairperson

Executive President The General Administrator

The director of Boards The Administrators of ABCD

Chairman of Convention Pastors’ Fellowship Chairlady of the Women’s Missionary Union

Chairman of Men’s Missionary Union President of the Youth Fellowship

Representatives of Corporate Missionary Bodies Director of Theological Seminaries

Director of church music

This is the second highest organ of the convention

Chairperson of the Convention Vice chairperson of the Convention All Directors of Boards

Executive President of the Convention All District Chairpersons Chairperson NYF

All District pastors Three delegates from MMU Three delegates form WMU

Chairperson of WMU Two delegates from NYF Resource person if need be

Directors of seminaries Director of Music Chairperson of NPF

Ensure proper implementation of the resolutions of the General Session

Take important decisions during intersession period and presenting them to subsequent session for approval

Deliberate on polices and projects submitted by other structures of the convention and present them to the General Session for final approval

Exercise supervisory role over boards of the convention and other structures

Work out internal rules and regulations of the Districts

Study and approve yearly budget of the convention
